A new project win with Lawrence Baker Construction

Site works are now progressing with the 75 bed care home in Rickmansworth.
Construction by Lawrence Baker for NL Property the development will be operated by Quantum Care when completed in 2023.

A challenging site, with poor ground conditions over a protected aquifer, ARC Engineers liased with the specialist foundation Contractor,  Vibro Menard, to utilise Vibro Concrete Columns to increase ground bearing capacities without taking conventional piles into the aquifer.
