The current proposals seek the retention of the original front and side masonry façade with the formation of a new high quality 75 bed care home behind.
ARC Engineers are providing Drainage Strategy and Flood Risk Assessments along with Structural Methodology proposals for the safe retention of the façade along with the construction and integration of the new structure to the rear.
