This 75 bedroomed care home is our 7th project for Cinnamon Luxury Care and our 2nd project working with Main Contractor, Stepnell.

ARC Engineers have been working on the design and development of this site, along with Architects, Harris Irwin during 2022.

Construction started in early January 2023 and the project is expected to be completed in Spring 2024.
