The Shannon Centre development comprised the demolition of the existing nighclub on a constrained corner site at Seven Kings, Ilford.  Following on from the demolition works, a new basement car park was formed using a secant piled wall before commencing the erection of a new six-storey steel frame with insitu concrete on profiled metal deck floor slabs.
