There are 74 spacious studio apartments across three floors, with internal communal areas that include café, cinema, pub, lounges, activity and therapy rooms, along with external garden areas.
ARC Engineers undertook the full Civil and Structural Engineering services for this project which also includes the construction of basement for back of house facilities.
The basement was formed within a secant piled wall which allowed specialist contractor Englobe to undertake the careful removal of subterranean tanks that were present due to the former use of the site as a garage facility.
